Unbelievable experience, Brandon traveled 3 hours north to work on our place. Hepa vacuumed and sealed our building. The basement rafters look like brand new! Everything was done on time as quoted, they left our building in better condition than when they left. Outstanding! If you need any work done this is the company to call! I highly recommend Elite Restoration. We had a recent sump pump failure. My wife was flipping out. I got a hold of Brandon and he made immediate arrangements to come on over. He got his industrial fans and dehumidifiers going right away. Brandon is very personable and a straight shooter. Unlike the big franchise guys, I was comfortable having Brandon in my house even when I wasn't there. Call the big franchise guys and you will get a real cast of characters with huber privileges roaming around your house.

On time and professional service
When I first contacted the company, the contractor called me back in a reasonable time frame. He was very professional and knew what he was talking about. Whatever he said he was going to do he did, getting back to me when he said he would...I didn’t have to chase him. If this is how the company and their contractors work I would use them again.
