I have water damage in my home what do I do?

Will my insurance pay for the damages caused by the water?
In most cases YES! It is always a good idea to review your policy with your agent at least once per year to make sure you have the coverage you need.
What if my insurance policy won't cover my loss?
If your policy does not cover the damages, we will work with you to get the loss resolved at an affordable rate. We will discuss restoration options and pricing to determine what best fits your unique situation.
My entire basement sustained water damage. Shouldn't we just tear everything out?
NO! Our state of the art drying equipment can remove moisture fast and efficiently. Water extraction alone removes 85% of the water from the carpet and pad. With air movement and dehumidification we can remove an additional 30 gallons per day! 8/10 water losses don’t require a demo.
How do you really know it's dry?
Using the most advanced moisture detection meters, we are able to monitor the wet materials daily and record the reduction in moisture content. We can monitor the surface and the interiors of almost any structural material. Once the dry standard is met, the water mitigation process is complete.
Should I be worried about mold?
Mold is not something to take lightly. However, mold requires about 72 hours of wet materials, in low light with a relative humidity of 60% to really start the growing process. As long as the material is not compromised and the drying process is underway mold will not be an issue.
